“Lovely. I've been ordering from nvs for several years. They have a wide range of products that are sometimes hard to find; they are quick; and they are charming over the phone if you need to talk to them. All sorts of samples included with the orders, too. On a recent weekend I forgot something on an order, so I placed a second order a day or two later. On the Monday I had an email crediting me of shipping costs for one of the two orders, which had been consolidated.”

“Pharmacist rang me up to advise me that Weleda had changed the formulation of the product I had ordered and to check that I would be ok with the new ingredients. I am so impressed with this care and service. I will definitely be ordering from NVS again.”

“NVS are brilliant their customer care is superb and their range of health and beauty products excellent . I ordered some high strength vit C and some skin care and was delighted to find an extra freebie thrown in for me to try . Such a charming touch especially now during the festive season . If only all pharmacists were like NVS !!!”
