They will change the prices just because we order from there. So unfair. They also used to do 20% off but now they only do 10 to 15% off 😆

Hi Jessica. We appreciate your feedback. The prices of our regular offerings have not changed. For example one kilo has always been $79. Our bundle offerings don’t typically have set prices as they are seasonal or sometimes monthly specials that are offered by management. For example, the 5 kilo bundle. The price of this bundle will vary. We strive to provide the best value for our customers and regularly review our pricing to ensure competitive rates. Please stay tuned for future offers. First off , super awesome to have the opportunity to try free Kratom , and a hefty amount . Opening the bag , it smells very fresh , and tastes fresh , was very excited to see what benefits would be had . The unfortunate truth, is that the reasons why I choose to take Kratom , pain relief , wasn’t met at all . My body was hurting and had to wait another 4 hrs before taking more of a diff kind to get relief . That said, I am still very grateful for the opportunity. This free offer , and only having the choice between crushed leaf or 2 varieties of powdered leaf , were these offered because they aren’t in fact very active with alkaloids ? Would have imo been a better move to offer the choice of anything so folks could actually see what quality you folks have , would’ve been a better promotional approach . Thx 🙏

Was advertised as same day shipping if ordered by 3 pm on a weekday. I ordered hours before 3 pm last Friday and it did not ship until Saturday. And this vendor is literally a mile away from my home. I will go back to Kraken Kratom.

I've been purchasing through Oasis for a few years now and while I love the easy of use of their website and it's purchasing opriontons, i can say that shipping has begun to take longer and the product the offer has become weaker. This is unfortunate because of the ease of use. The last 2 orders I've placed have given me a product that leaves me very disappointed.

At the present time I have been waiting for my order for over a week. I checked with customer service and apparently it is still sitting in Las Vegas somewhere. I Purchased the extract to share with friends on New Year's Eve. So much for that idea. As of this time I am still not sure where my order is. I will update this review depending on the outcome. I've tried sevral times to get ahold of your company and no response. 3 times in a row iv ordered white mang da and have recieved kratom with a lot of red in it. It's basically all red. When I first started using you guys the kratom was awesome. Very disappointed. The kratom on the left is from another company, and the two scoops on the right is your guys white!
