“I need a replacement arm pad for my stand up rolater Oasis space Walker. I can get nobody to help me other than sending me to a site that wants my d*** money. I will not pay to for that. I will put such bad reviews up over your company. Are not standing by, or at least providing cart numbers. That someone can order and buy. For free without charging me to order something to buy”

“They delivered a bed, shower chair. The delivery people broke my ceiling fan unpacking the mattress. No customer service call back about my damage. No phone number to contact them. If in need of medical equipment, CALL SOMEONE ELSE.”

“Oasisspace rollator is fine until you have a problem Oasisspace rollators become useless as this company has no spare parts they expect handicapped persons to pluck $200 from their money tree and order another one. Total disregard for handicapped”

“UPDATE: In my original review I said the wheels won't go over the floor strip of the entry door. OasisSpace contacted me almost immediately to help solve the problem. I appreciate that effort and we are good to go. Thank you”

“The pneumatic tire model is fantastic. Smooth and quiet, and travels well over a variety of surfaces. The only downside is an absence of a case or travel covering for storage on planes. I’m about to start a series of trips, and am concerned that the walker may be damaged in the plane’s hold.”

Hi Keith, Thank you so much for getting in touch. A case or travel covering for storage sounds so great! However, we're sorry to tell you that we do not have case or travel covering for storage now. Possibly, we'll take this lovely idea later. If there are any further issues with it, you can also email the support team directly at csr@oasisspace.com at any time. Best of luck to you!

“I like the design of the unit. it is roomy and comfortable. it worked well on different surfaces until today. when I rolled off of my paved driveway into the grass my "LA" wheel broke completely off of the mounting peg. I fell to the ground. This was supposed to be a heavy duty unit that supports up to 500#???”

Hi John, Thank you so much for buying from OasisSpace. It's the Market Team. We're sorry for any inconvenience and sincerely would like to help out. We've forwarded your inquiry to the Support Team. A representative will follow up in 24 hours by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including the SPAM. We suppose a new "LA" wheel can make a new working item. Could you please kindly try again? Anyway, please let the representative know what part(s) you need. Also, any pictures or videos to illustrate the details would be highly appreciated. Thanks for your time. Have a smooth day!
