“So far no luck with getting a replacement part. Communication has been great though. But I don’t understand why a replacement part is so hard to get. Wanting the tubing for the ice machine therapy system”

“I love my OasisSpace upright rollator. I now have the ability, without back pain, to walk upright and good distances. I can go to many events and participate with ease. My friends little grandchildren like to come with me to large community events where they can sit on the seat as I walk along. People are regularly asking me about its functionality and of course price. The only thing I wish is that there was a sturdy bag that would be good for air travel. A light bag does not keep airport baggage handlers from wrecking it and it does not fold well for airlines. Otherwise it is one of the best items I have that has improved my life.”

“I ordered a wheel for my stand-up walker after the bearing wore out. Unfortunately, the warehouse sent me the wrong wheel. I was very pleased that your customer service associate took action and promptly corrected the problem and sent me the correct wheel. I was advised of the actions and information on tracking the new shipment.”

“I finally received the new wheels for my rollator but it took several weeks to accomplish. In the end I was very happy. It took about 3 weeks and I think if they had a telephone it could have been much faster. You can only request your needs through a request online and they only respond once a day.”

“This walker has been invaluable to me as going through lymphedema therapy with bandages on my legs makes me unstable when walking. It is sturdy, well-made, and it was so easy to put together. I love that I can stand up straight to walk. CS”

“My Zipper on my bag came broken, after emailing OasisSpace two weeks ago n no response I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service, I paid over $314.00 for my Walker n I think with spending that kind of money I should not have anything broken, If customer service receives this message, please get back to me! “Very disappointed. The walker looks nice and feel sturdy. However the design creates an accident waiting to happen. I have fallen forward twice with being on the ground once. Bigger wider tires might help but, handle angle change might also help. I would love to talk to you all, if you wish. I hope to hear from you.”
