My Zipper on my bag came broken, after emailing OasisSpace two weeks ago n no response I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service, I paid over $314.00 for my Walker n I think with spending that kind of money I should not have anything broken, If customer service receives this message, please get back to me! The walker is very hard to manage. It feels like it is going to tip over forward at the slightest bump and it is hard to steer. I had terrible shoulder pain from walking 6 blocks with it. I am afraid to use it again and I wish I had nit purchased it.

There was no way to communicate with you Wanted to speak with a person. Left a text that my physical therapist said the walker was not right for me. A big problem. I wanted you to cancel but instead you sent the box on to me. I needed it for a particular event this past weekend. I ordered another walker I would still like to send the one you sent to me back I was very disappointed with your lack of response and concern for the appropriateness of tending to my needs Thank you and I hope you will pay attention to what you sell and to whom I also hope you will read this Paula peterso Petersonpaula57@gmail.com

The reason for the poor review is because of customer service and return policy. The product received was as promised. However, the intended user (my father) was not happy with the design claiming it hindered his mobility. We had it out of the box for about an hour. Everything was repackaged and I wrote customer service requesting authorization to return the item. Instead of receiving instructions on how to return the item and a shipping label I received a poorly written (in English) communication which used the words "wanna" and abbreviations like BTW. In short, instead of instructions on returning the item and how much it would cost the customer service person suggested I "gift" the item to someone else and I did they would refund me 6 percent of what I originally paid. I am not returning the item simply because I'm concerned that if I do I have no idea how much I will have to pay or what will be charged for a "restocking fee" (their website does not tell you the amount that will be charged). So, buyer beware. If you buy good luck in trying to return your purchase.

Received package wasn't what I wanted. Hard time getting a hold of someone. When someone finally messaged me make unprofessional and not helpful. You have to pay for item to be returned. So if you're ordering make sure you won't ve returning they suggest you keep it or sell it to someone. Unsatisfied with product and customer service.

I purchased a Classic A 300 lb Stand up Straight Walker Mar. 22. After the output of the cost it doesn't perform as I need. It has thrown me forward several times and today I went over the front to ground. I sure this unit works well on smooth flat surfaces but if there is anything on the floor or ground it does not.

If you want to return something it’s almost impossible . With shipping and restocking fees you are lucky if you get half your money back.better be sure before you order something

What the hell is OasisSpace? Got a text during a Sunday church service asking for a review of a company I never heard of. Pro marketing tip:ls: 1) if you are going to solicit reviews, identify your company or product 2) don’t send business texts on Sunday morning 3) make sure you have permission from someone before texting them.

No instructions No tools No help when tried to contact your company & whoever made the 1 of the 2...that I bought on the same day but arrived 3 days apart, but with the 1st 1, someone put the STICKERS "LA" "LB" backwards and appallingly that's the side that was up out of the box and 1st piece to put together so put "LA" to YOUR WRONG STICKERED "LA" & it locked the wheel into the tube for the seat......so never have been able to use it nor will yall help me *BUT I WANT A REFUND FOR THAT 1 IN A CHECK AS I DO NOT HAVE THAT CARD I PURCHASED IT WITH ANYMORE.....PLUS I BELIEVE I SHOULD BE SENT A FREE ONE FOR THE PROBLEMS ALL YOUR COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME.... I also have the other 1 I purchased and won't talk about on here until the 1st I got the 3 days before, taken care of BY REPLACING & CHECK SENT TO ME FOR THAT 1 ALONES REFUND......not to mention I haven't been able to use it and get out and about after bed ridden all month of December and that's why I needed to buy from you but can't believe still no 1 will contact me by phone about all this....and I take it as lack of care and honor and out of your site out of mind type workings.......so I've tried to get you to contact me about this through email like site says and then to put in phone number which I did but no 1 has contacted me or anything........

This walker is lousy and hard to maneuver especially coming off curbs wants to tip. Folding is lousy and not that easy and wish I could return and would never buy another one. Hard to fold trying to get in cat I will toss this thing in trash and take the money loss even still new never used. And will not be used waste of money not recommended.
