After being charged £14.99 i received an email 20 hours later saying I must pay an extra £47.99 to receive my unlock code.
£62.98 to unlock my phone is something I cannot justify and nor should anyone else. Luckily I did not pay the £47.99 but I did pay £14.99 which they will not refund.”

“Do not use these guys. Their 'may's be additional charges should read 'we will just charge you what we like'. My phone was not blacklisted or under contract and they wanted an extra £43.99 on top of their £14.99 advertised price which they will not refund. Please steer clear!!!!!”

Very misleading indeed, ACTUALLY 60 + POUNDs to unlock a phone
Be aware that they may charge 17.99 upfront (the cost that you think you are paying) but then demand a further 40 something pounds to actually unlock your phone

“Be aware, this is a genuine con. You will be asked to pay £17.99 for the unlock code. They will then send you a prompt to pay over £80 additional.
If you query a refund, an automated system responds to tell you "no".

“They charge you an unlocking fee (+ VAT which wasn't mentioned anywhere prior), then come back after 24hours to bill you more money for 'unlocking' your phone. I had to go out to the shops to do it for a fraction of the price. Wish I'd come here to check reviews before any transactions. Scrolling down their reviews on here, I see its a regular scam. A lof people have fallen for it. It's funny because their website has a 4.5/5 star review. I can't believe they are allowed to get away with this. They should be investigated.”

I wish I had looked here first. Trustpilot only hass good reviews about this outfit although there are some which have been reported.
They advertise the price to supply an unlock code for £14.99 plus VAT (which is not mentioned)
They push you through the whole registration phase and take a credit card payment, then follow up some 24 hours later with an email and an invoice for a further £82.00 and will not supply the code until payment is made.
I refused to make this payment. The going rate is £10 to £15 and ended up getting the phone unlocked by the carrier in less than 20 minutes for £8.99
They are con artists and their website is misleading and does not give the complete list of charges”
“Avoid ... this company is a rip off. They take up front payment (17.99) then send you an invoice for more (£39.99). That is after they finally get back to you..very slow service. Then refuse to give you your money back. So no unlock code just stolen my money. Bunch of cowboys...do not use them.”

“What a scam, they trick you into paying £15 -the price that a normal unlock costs and then spring on a £50 'small fee' onto the end. I then tried to ring them to request this money back but their 'phone lines were really busy' at 7am? Do not use them and go to a phone shop in town- save yourself £15”
