“Friendly, helpful and wonderful manager in your Noosa Hastings Street store where my wife and I shopped this afternoon. Alison was extremely well informed on the OKANUI brand and provided excellent assistance regarding our four purchases. Many thanks Alison for all your help and great customer service, it was a pleasure to be in your store today.”

“Whilst the shop was small, it had heaps of quality stock. The service wasn’t exceptional. We have tried to call the store over the last few days but there has been no answer and it diverts to voicemail. We rang this number: 07 5576 8903, which we got from the internet and our receipt.”
