“Free gift was false advertising, I purchased men’s wear and you gave me a baby hat which was not advertised anywhere. I have it back to the shop assistant and said I am unable to use this as I don’t have a baby and I am buying men’s clothing. Response was very poor so I gave it back in”

“Friendly, helpful and wonderful manager in your Noosa Hastings Street store where my wife and I shopped this afternoon. Alison was extremely well informed on the OKANUI brand and provided excellent assistance regarding our four purchases. “Whilst the shop was small, it had heaps of quality stock. The service wasn’t exceptional. We have tried to call the store over the last few days but there has been no answer and it diverts to voicemail. We rang this number: 07 5576 8903, which we got from the internet and our receipt.”
