“The staff member was very nice and helpful. Told me a bit about the family having the business for so long. She was on to things already as there was a blackout and she was one of the only shops open and she made sure the payment system was charged before blackout of electricity.”

“Your tshirts were loved by my grandchildren. Your staff were very lovely, both times we came to your store. They helped us out with some of your finest tshirts as gifts for our grandchildren and they also helped us out with the best places to eat and have ice cream, and they were right about all three. Thank you for being in the jobs you love ❤️ keep up the good work, amazing staff, they are keepers for sure.”

“The salesperson at the port Douglas store was friendly and knowledgeable about the products she sold. The feel and fit of the clothes ensured we made purchases for the entire family. The clothes fit great and look awesome, we had not heard much of okanui previously but will now continue to shop online for their clothes”

“Great service and friendly very helpful approach . I have an affinity with your firm in that I too established my legal practice in 1978 and that caught my eye originally causing me to go in and resulting in several buying visits since. The range of items on display is very good. One thing I noticed is that walking along the Corso from North to South your signage does not seem to stand out very well in determining from the mid distance which is your shop. This could be important as you are a fair distance from the other surf clothing stores like Surf Dive and Ski but then again I guess yours is a different product etc. Anyway keep up the great work.-- Philip”

“Interesting choice of staff…the young girl that was on today really seemed off with the fairies. At the start she seemed very enthusiastic to help…well that’s after she stopped the steamer from blowing hot steam everywhere and then she asked “Do you know much about the sunscreen’ I replied no I’ve never used it but I’ve heard it’s great for sensitive skin and children. The staff member replied ‘Oh I’m not sure I’m not a sunscreen enthusiast and mentioned yes it’s meant to be ok’. There was also only a few bottles listed as testers and therefore I was unable to smell them all prior to making my purchase. It would have been good to have testers in all the sun lotions so we could test before buying.”
