“OKI were great as usual, but had asked that my parcel was left by my back door, DPD decided to ignore this, so parcel arrived a day late after having to call them to redeliver (to my back door !!)”

“Still has not arrived. 5 days and counting. Update: As it turns out - OKI DIRECT objected to my account name/details. Because the data collection was over and above what was necessary to buy printer consumerables - so I wanted to add a marker to know where and how my details were being used and if they were sold on and like. Because they objected to the marker (which had a crass word embedded into the "county" field) they cancelled the order. They did not inform me they cancelled the order and they did not refund the money and had no intention of doing so, until I contacted them. If I had not called them out on this I believe they would have taken the money knowing full well they were not entitled to it. WATCH OUT. Two weeks late - I get spam from these people, but still no refund of my money. No intention to deliver. No intention to deliver the goods. I also note that when I checked their company is not compliant at companies house....bad bad signs.”

“WE NEEDED A REPLACEMENT PRINTER URGENTLY AS THE PREVIOUS ONE AFTER 10 YEARS OF CONSTANT USE FINALLY STOPPED WORKING. DUE TO ITS AGE WE DECIDED BUY NEW INSTEAD OF REPAIRING. WE ORDERED THE SAME MODEL PRINTER "OKI MICROLINE 3321" AS OUR PREVIOUS ONE WHICH WAS DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY AS PROMISED. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY.”

“Next day delivery!!! My Oki printer is about 8 months old so when the toner ran out I drove 5 miles to my local Staples shop certain that they would have a replacement. "Do not stock them" was the answer, tried another shop but no luck. Got home and found your website and ordered, it was here next day. Excellent service, I will know what to do next time. Many thanks for a prompt and efficient service.”
