“I made the huge error of buying a cheaper 'copy' drum kit and wished I hadn't as my machine simply totally ceased working. I therefore quickly purchased an original Oki drum and all bounced back into life - I've learned a good lesson....!!”

“Great product at great price. Customer service answered my enquiry call after 3 rings and the question was answered immediately by lady who knew what she was talking about. The printer was delivered the next day and worked right out of the box. In fact I had printed my first page within 20 minutes of signing for the delivery! Totally recommend these guys and will use again.”

“Incompetent staff. Delivery wasn't next day, took 3 days to get printer even though I was promised next day delivery. Staff were very rude when I questioned the delivery.”

“The price and promise of next day delivery was what originally attracted me to OKI Direct. My order was delivered, as promised, the following day but one toner was missing. I rang them, explained the urgency and the missing toner arrived at 9am the following morning. Fantastic service, will use them again!”
