“The courier used could not find the office but failed to ring and the cartridges were sent back to the Warehouse. It was only when I rang to find out where the order did they advise of the issue.”

“Unit delivered promptly and well packed as you would expect of Oki. Down to 3 star because an issue following setup required a call to customer support. I was put on hold while the individual went to find out what the problem was. I don't know if he managed to find a solution as he never came back to me. The call was cut off after 35 minutes on hold. This is NOT what you expect of Oki”

“Whilst I was waiting the delivery at home I received a text to say the deliver attempted to deliver and left a card, but he didn't. I waisted half a day needlessly. The next day the driver turned up, the box containing the printer was burried under a collasped pile of ther boxes which he threw about like it was a highland game. The box containing the printer was clearly marked heavy weight which required two men lifting. Yet the driver was on his own, a clear brach of health and safety rules. Shambolic delivery but the printer is rather good.”

“I have had 2 previous C511dn printers with which I have been very happy. This model is now obsolete and replaced by a new model which is too tall for my home study furniture. Hence - sooner at later I am going to need another C511dn. I saw your advert for the printer at a good price - cheaper than a set of toners in fact - and ordered it to back-up the present one.”
