“I love most of the fabrics from Olga's. However, my the website didn't show the correct measurements for my last order. I ordered the adult scale and the picture of the measurements shown with that selection is not the same as what I received. That is disappointing, as I couldn't use what I ordered for what I intended. So be careful when ordering a print. But the solid colors or prints that can't be altered in size are all very soft! My favorites are the ones with 4 way stretch.”

“I just wanted to say my order went well and the fabric was fine. But- when I placed my order online, I did pay for the shipping, to Canada, at checkout and unfortunately a month or so later I also received a bill from fedex for $68? Was not expecting that! My order invoice didn’t Indicate that there may be other charges? Not too happy. Something to think about when placing an order!”

We’re so sorry for the negative experience with Canadian customs fees, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a bill when you’re not expecting it. We are now working with FedEx to ship orders to CA with duties and taxes prepaid, plus discounted clearance entry fees, to prevent any surprises. The changes went into effect as of Nov 1st, so your order may have been shipped prior to our new program being implemented. Please send us a message and we would be happy to lookup your order and issue you a credit for the unexpected fees you paid.
