The fabric selection is amazing. However there are no updates on your purchase if something is delayed. I had to reach out which also wasn't easy. Some of the contact us links didn't work on the website and it was a pain trying to find the contact information. If these things were fixed i would absolutely purchase again.

We truly apologize that we didn’t notify you sooner that we were experiencing extended turnaround times. We have been working hard to get back on track and really appreciate all your patience. We will also be implementing a new notification system so that you’ll be alerted right away if we run into an order issue or backlog so that you have more timely options to ensure your fabrics arrive in time.

The fabric is nice, but I think you should be honest about your turn around time. I would rather know that it's going to take 10 business days , rather than the 3-5 business days it says in your website. Nothing wrong with saying "Current processing time is ___ days" and adjusting it as needed.

The double-brushed poly fabric comes in some really cute prints but is pretty thin. I made a few children's dresses but don't expect them to last long-- they are not nearly as durable-feeling as double-brushed poly that I've purchased elsewhere. I would not use it for an adult garment, it would be quite see-through when stretched.

It’s been a couple weeks and I’ve not yet received my order. They held the order because one selection was unavailable. That’s okay but I do wish they had informed me rather than me having to ask. I would’ve chosen another color and gotten the order by now.

I’m so sorry that there was a delay in shipping your order due to a replacement. Our protocol is to contact the email address on the order, as well as phone if provided and sometimes we can even find customers if you are a member of our Facebook group. It is possible that our message ended up in your spam folder or was not able to be delivered. We will be checking into your exact issue to make sure it does not happen again, and our sincere apologies again for the delay it caused.

Shopping is easy. Free shipping is great. However, custom printed stuff; the fabric isn’t that great.

This was my first order from Olga’s closet.Ordered a large flat rate scrap box and a mystery Easter knit box. The scrap box was fine,but the Easter mystery box had pretty knit fabric,but I felt that the fabrics were suitable for children’s clothing which was disappointing.I wanted to use some of the fabrics to make some spring dresses or tops and skirts for myself and none of the fabrics were suitable.I realize that it was a mystery selection,but I would have been happier with a mix of print fabrics suitable for a wider range of ages from juvenile to adult.Other than that,the fabric itself seemed to be of good quality. I do recommend the site,but now I am hesitant to order another mystery box.

I love the sales, but this is the second time I’ve ordered fabric to have it be out of stock when my order is being prepared. I know that stock updates online quickly, as I had items expire quickly after putting them in my cart but before I could complete checkout, and I was moving fast. It’s just frustrating to expect items and then be told they are out of stock or less than you ordered. I do love your free shipping at a reasonable total price, and it is what keeps me coming back. Since fabric does move in and out of stock so quickly, reaching $100 or $175 on an order for personal use only each time is just impossible. I appreciate the attainable free shipping goal you set.

We apologize that the fabrics you ordered were out of stock multiple times in the past. We are constantly working on ways to improve, and one of these is a new real-time inventory system that will keep our website inventory updated more frequently. Instead of updating stock once a day, we will be updating every hour to ensure that our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase. Still waiting for delivery. I cannot rate until I receive the goods. I am disappointed in how long it is taking.
