I ordered a mystery knit Spring/Summer bundle. What I got was knit fall 60's fabric. To my mind, solid gold, brown houndstooth, psychedelic gold brown blue designs are not "spring/summer" fabrics. In the weight of the fabric, they are definitely summer weight. No complaints there, nor complaints about the yardage. Just very disappointed in the fabric designs.

I was on day 8 of waiting for my order to show SHIPPED but it continued to show PROCESSING. I contacted Albert via the Chat feature and he told me they were off their regular TAT of 3-5 days (which I obviously knew). Surprise! This morning my orders says SHIPPED, how about that, the squeaking wheels DOES get the grease. I should have inquired earlier. Not happy. I ordered many things since my order was placed from other places and I have received almost all of them (and I didn’t have to ask about any of ttem).

I am very disappointed in the shipping time. My order was placed on Feb 3 with a stated TAT of 3-5 business days. This was not placed during a big sale or holiday orders. The order was for one 1yd cut. I emailed on Feb 16 stating my order had not shipped yet and received and automated response of “it will ship soon”. My order did not ship until Feb 22. I do not think that 13 business days is acceptable for a one yard cut order. An email should have been sent out giving an update with the delay in shipping and an approximate date. If the TAT is longer, please state that on your website. This is my first order with this company, so I am truly hoping the quality will be worth the wait. However, I do not see myself purchasing again.

We are so sorry for the delay in your order and apologize that we did not communicate our turnaround time to you accurately. We have been experiencing a major staffing issue in our warehouse and are working around the clock to keep up with all the demand. We agree that 13 business days is not acceptable and unfortunately many orders that went out late during the month of February. We are working on implementing a new system that will allow us to communicate our turnaround time more accurately and notify customers more promptly if there is ever a delay. I apologize again and hope that we may be able to earn your business again in the future.

Hello, it was the first time I ordered from you (January 1st). I did not know anything from my order until yesterday that I received the shipping confirmation. During the past days I called to the number on your site but no one answered (just a voicemail).

I just wanted to say my order went well and the fabric was fine. But- when I placed my order online, I did pay for the shipping, to Canada, at checkout and unfortunately a month or so later I also received a bill from fedex for $68? Was not expecting that! My order invoice didn’t Indicate that there may be other charges? Not too happy. Something to think about when placing an order!

We’re so sorry for the negative experience with Canadian customs fees, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a bill when you’re not expecting it. We are now working with FedEx to ship orders to CA with duties and taxes prepaid, plus discounted clearance entry fees, to prevent any surprises. The changes went into effect as of Nov 1st, so your order may have been shipped prior to our new program being implemented. Please send us a message and we would be happy to lookup your order and issue you a credit for the unexpected fees you paid.

The quality of the swim fabric base is very poor. It’s very thin with low stretch. Was hoping it would be more premium like spoonflowers swim base.

The website is okay to navigate. They offer a lot of fabrics for decent prices. I got interesting fabrics in the mystery boxes I chose. A couple of them were dirty or had a stain, and one of them had a sizeable hole in it… will not purchase mystery boxes again mostly due to that large hole.
