I have had issues with orders from Olga's in the past. I absolutely love their exclusive prints though, so after I received a gift card for Christmas, I decided to give it another try. It was another disappointing experience. Two of the fabrics are great; what I ordered and great quality. However, the third was printed on the wrong material. I ordered sweatshirt fleece and it came on what I believe to be yoga. I contacted customer service, and they quickly credited my account. They indicated they were out of sweatshirt fleece and did not know when they would be able to get more. I completely understand this. However, why would you print on the wrong material rather than contacting me and advising me of the situation to begin with? Why wouldn't you contact me and offer me the print on a different material that you do have? I would have been happy to get the print on a material that I would use. I honestly believe the hope was that I would accept the substitute and not say anything. Unfortunately, I will not give Olga's another try.

I spent $177.96 on clothes ordered from them that said they were made in North Carolina and California and after dealing with this since January 17 over the fact that they’re closed are made out of material that are pantyhose thin and come in a part of the seams very cheaply made. So when I asked to return, they started making offers to me starting at $48 and keep the product and throw away our donate and then they went up to 68 and then they went up to another amount and then finally they went up to $98 but after I went and filed a dispute with my bank over this purchase, they deposited $100 back into my account and then today I received an email from them with the return address that I’m supposed to pay for shipping because their warehouse is in Dubai. I will never again ever deal with a company like this and I would not recommend anybody else to purchase any of their products because it’s garbage and there’s no customer representative or phone number that you can call and speak to a real person and they cannot even type emails and plain proper English. It took filing a dispute to get at least $100 of my money back and then they said they would give me a full refund if I pay to mail the product back which, as I said had already been disposed of because that’s what they suggested I do, but I never did except their offer on any amount of money And requested a full refund and every email which I forwarded to the bank

I so wish I could write a good review. I ordered 2 yards of fabric on 4/5. I did see the TAT time as 3-5 business days, which I understand delays. My interactions with customer service were apathetic in that no one addressed the problem and only gave me the “party line” as opposed to checking into the problem with the warehouse and verifying that the product shipped. At the very least apologize for their miscommunication. Amazingly, on 4/17 after escalating the issue to the owner who also gave no satisfaction, the order arrived at their usps office. I had to go so far as to put in a claim with PayPal. For the first order with shipping quoted at $13.17 for priority for 2 yards of fabric, I felt they could have done better. I’ve worked customer service all of my life and would never have allowed such mishandling of concerns. At some point someone needs to step up and create a solution for their lack of concern because this is atrocious. I am small potatoes in the scheme of it all, but at the very least, acknowledge the consumer concern. It’s not all about shipping overage. I just wanted my 2 yards of fabric.

I apologize for the extremely extended turnaround times we have been experiencing lately, and we absolutely agree that it should not take a month to ship your fabric. We are working hard to get back on top of it and appreciate all your patience. Website quotes 3-5 business days for shipping. It took fourteen business days to recieve an email that my order had shipped. No one responded to my attempts to reach out via messenger. It took me emailing to get any kind of response, and the initial response had a different customers name in it. No attempts by the company to reach out to let me know they were behind. This was my first order experience and it did not instill any trust in the company at all. It feels like so many opportunities to build relationship and trust through communication were missed here.

We sincerely apologize for the delays in your fabric order. We have been experiencing extended turnaround times due to staffing issues and are working hard to get caught back up. I apologize as well that you didn’t receive a prompt response via Facebook messenger and will be looking into the reason for this. Fabric was delivered in good shape, however, it wasn't what I had ordered. I am going to keep it, I guess, since it is the same same color palette the same type ,pointelle. But it isn't suitable for babies/toddlers like the one I ordered. Mine had teeny little orange flowers on it , while this one has large slashes of color No tiny flowers.

Hello Donna, I am so sorry that you were unhappy with the fabric you received. On our end, it appears that we sent you the correct fabric. Did you order the other orange small floral from us or another company perhaps? I just sent you a follow-up to your email, we would love to figure out what happened and get this resolved for you right away!
