Bought Stanley the Seagull! as a gift and he's perfect. Good quality, sturdy and a good price. Would recommend if anyone likes birds you'll love these. Adds a little something to your garden.

Bought several things over the years, presents for friends, garden birds and flowers. Loved their things. Never had a problem with customer service and they actually went out of their way to accommodate an extra prompt delivery at one point. Really sad. Hope they’ll bounce back somehow. Always found it quicker to msg them via Facebook.

I have ordered from olive and sage for years, I had always had great items with great delivery times until about 3 months ago when an item I ordered took over 5 weeks to arrive, I now understand why, it is sad that they have ceased trading as their items were great quality and admired in my garden by many

I ordered the Demelza dragon in May for £49 and I’ve only just found out the company has gone under without any warning, no refund, tried calling but no answer and I’ve now sent an email, no idea if a refund will be issued or the actual item to arrive

Very unhappy that no refund has been issued or that no contact has been made for customers with unfulfilled orders.

Ordered items not recieved correct ones, emails sent got replies saying will send replacement no joy several emails later no reply. Bad customer service then find out off here that they closed. No notice of closure or item or refund.

So sorry to hear this company has gone out of business I bought numerous garden ornaments from them all great quality and the service was always first class.

Such a shame to hear this. This company were definitely not scammers. I have had loads of products for the fairy garden I created for my granddaughter, the service was always prompt. I Sad to see they have had to close due to no fault of their own 😢
