i paid for a limo and expected a limo. But instead I got picked up in a big suv. I specifically wanted a limo for my son's 13th birthday. Upsetting. The driver ,Sam, was nice and on time.

For starters our limo driver wasnt around when we landed, waited at the carousel for 20 minutes decided to call after walking around and not finding anyone. Was told he was already there, he showed up 10 minutes later with no sign whatsoever and was calling my phone. So we head to the stretch limo he did at least take her luggage. Noticed his suit looked like he slept in it. He didnt offer to put my luggage in the trunk. So we get in the limo and it literally smells like a gallon of gasoline was dumped in the carpet. One seat was torn carpet was wrinkled up in spots and the champagne glasses were filthy along with the rest of the car. Also the AC DID NOT WORK, LIMO DRIVER DIDNT SEEM TO CARE. so we rolled down our windows, cut down on the smell of gasoline at least. None of the other controls worked either. We had to correct our driver he didnt even know where he was supposed to go. Felt completely ripped off, would of been happier with a taxi. Best part of the experience was getting out of the piece of crap limo, that i blew a hundred bucks on.

Note. This review does not have anything to do with the driver that picked me up on Feb 21, 2017. The driver that picked me up on Feb 18,2017 at the Las Vegas Airport met me in baggage claim and did not offer to carry my bag. Got to the car while in the rain, he did not offer to take my bag and put it in back. I opened my own door, placed the bag in the seat next to me and closed my own door. Very poor service. Oh. Got to the Venetian, same thing, he didn't bother getting out of the car. At least cab drivers take your bags. Had I not prepaid a return trip to the airport, I would have used a different service.

After booking a limo I was informed that they didn't have any limos available and they would send me a Mercedes. Well I was very mad after I seen it was a Mercedes Basic VAN. What was suppose to be a romantic ride with my wife to a concert turned out to be an upsetting trip. I booked it for 1 hour and ended up getting dropped off two blocks away. I used it for practically 10 minutes. Never again will I call these people and I will defenetly file a complaint and dispute the charges.
