“Great service, friendly drivers, clean vehicles! We hired shuttle and limo service 3 times during our stay. Absolutely no complaints! We have wonderful experiences with each ride! The only reason for the 3 star is, we reserved a limo for a Las Vegas Tour and without a call they just sent a sprinter as it was more convenient for them as we had the sprinter for shuttle service later that evening. We were a little disappointed, but not a big deal. The other reason was we were charged an extra charge as it was more then what we pre-paid. And again without calling to give us notice, they just charged us and extra $400. Other then that Omni provided great service!”

“The driver was great, no problem there. This is the second time with Omni that I have requested a specific vehicle, confined that vehicle and they sent a different one”

“Driver was late because no one called him...couldn’t locate our flight even though it was in the notes, after they called and was told everything was given the response was oh I see it now. Wheels were out of balance so the car almost shook itself to death.”

“Driver not waiting for us had to phone and then wait. Second time I have used this company and not had the driver did not show up on time to meet us.”

“Omni representative did an excellent job on picking us up at the airport. Driver was waiting, courteous, and assisted with luggage. On return to the airport, the next representative was on time, courteous, and also assisted with luggage. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not working in the limo only the blower, which was unacceptable for Las Vegas.”

“It was ok. Vehicles were nice nd prompt. Driver was less than desirable and downright rude. Not a good welcome to Vegas.”

“Limo driver seemed to be a bit lost, we had comunication issues on our part as well but we made it to our destination on time. Our first limo was dusty inside and no ice just water sloshing around. The second limo had no water to drink. Rips and tears in the seats and pannels missing. I guess I was expecting more.”

“Car was nice and driver was pleasant - I thought we would get good service as I received a call the night before confirming pickup location and time. Gentlemen who callled the day before said we will track joint flight and know when you arrive. Obviously didn’t happen, we land 15 minutes early, get to baggage claim - no driver.... no driver even at the original time we said we would be there. Call and they said we are seven minutes away, got it. After 15 minutes and no driver I called and they said they had a small problem and now sending another car - he is 5 minutes away. Too many limos in Vegas to take a chance on them again.”

“The driver was late for pickup-the limo had not been cleaned from the previous client as the interior smelled of heavy smoke upon entering and empty bottles/used glassware were present. The driver was on time for the return trip and the limo interior had been tidied up although the trip was longer than expected due to a "wrong turn-early exit" resulting in touring through a "not so upscale" part of town. The driver was courteous.”

“They made me happy on my return to the airport only because I actually got the car I ordered. Watch out with this place just because you order a 740 BMW does not mean you will get it, nor will they call you to tell you that the car you ordered is not going to be what you get. Very unprofessional IMO. On the day to be picked up from the airport I called to verify that my reservation was good, and the car I wanted was available. I was told yes by the gentleman on the phone and was told the BMW will be there. yet when I arrive I get some SUV. When I called to ask WTF happened no one could tell me why I did not have my 740. There are plenty of car service in Vegas and when we return I will definitely use another. I prolly would not have been so disappointed if they would have just let me know so my hopes would not be up for the one car I ordered and verified. Drivers were great, knew the city well and very outgoing but the company itself should have called me and if that car was not available I should have been told and not just given what ever they decided to give me. Lost my business here.... .”

“It was a trip for our wedding anniversary. I booked a BMW 740i, but we were collected in what I think is called an SUV? Good transfer, but not what I ordered. I would have taken a standard tax if I had known.”

“Pros: Driver was on time and called once our flight landed. Dispatch was prompt with customer service call to help. Cons: Not enough room in bay of bus for our 49 passengers. Was supposed to have a greeter in baggage claim and dispatch forgot to transfer that information.”
