Upon arrival we couldn't find our driver, so that was a bit frustrating. The music playing was not our style. We made a request for something more low key but all stations pre set were club style. We just went with it, after all it is Vegas right. The driver at arrival hit the brakes alot! Nice guy, but too much brake action.The car was beautiful! Upon departure, driver was on time and excellent! All in all, we'll use again!

I asked for pick up at 3:20 p.m. for a two hour rental until 5:20 p.m. and you can confirm this by checking your email confirmation to me. I can provide a copy if you wish. Robert first texted me at 2:50 p.m. and we hopped on at around 3:00 pm. I specifically requested pickup at 3:20 p.m. to give me ample time at the airport, get my luggage and enjoy the ride for two whole hours afterward. I am disappointed that I payed for 2 hours but was dropped off at 4:20 meaning I only got 1 hr 20 minutes of service. Robert indicated he knew my flight arrived at 2:20 p.m. I did not share that when I ordered the service. I was also disappointed that the slide divider was not operable and we did not get the privacy I wanted. Robert was a good driver but overall service from the company was not above average due to the issues I described above.

My wife and I were happy with Omni's services when we were picked up from the airport. Going back home was another experience all together. We booked both trips with the original reservation for the 740 BMW. We were picked up in it and happy with our choice. Leaving for the airport, a Lincoln Limo showed up in its place. There was dust sitting along the bar area as well as handkerchiefs holding the A/C's vents open. When we called to complain that the wrong car was sent for us, the manager was "not available" even though I was put on hold several times. No explanations were given to me as to why or how the mistake (if it was one) even occurred. All we got was sorry. Since the limo is more expensive, they tried to spin it as if it was an upgrade. Considering the condition and style of the limo, I can definitely tell you it was not an upgrade. Had we know they would not send the same car even though it was clearly indicated on my confirmation that we requested a sedan, I would have taken a Taxi to the airport. Our own driver even understood why we were upset that we got the limo instead of the BMW. To put the cherry on the cake, not even two minutes after leaving the hotel, an empty BMW from Omni Limo pulled up next to us at a red light.

Confusing that my credit card is on file with you guys. Yet, the driver attempted to swipe my card on a square. When I informed him that the card was already on file with the company he backtracked over it.....

The limo we ordered had garbage from the previous customer. I noticed many scratches on the outside and a torn seat inside. Also the TV and radio in the back did not work and the driver did not know how to fix it. Otherwise, the driver was very nice and helpful. The overall experience was somewhat disappointing.

My first day with pick up at the Las Vegs Airport with Omni Limo, the Limo Driver could not get the air condition to work, the windows would not roll down, and the back door to put our luggage in would not open. Our luggage was put in with us where we sat. It was not until we were a couple of blocks from our hotel that the driver had the airconditioning working, along with the windows rolling down. That was a very bad experience with a limo company and very poor service on that day. We should have not been charged at all for that ride to our hotel. Our pickup at the hotel was a better experience, concidering everything worked and the driver was very helpful with our luggage and very kind to us.

The ride and the driver was nice, that was until the end. When getting off I didnt tip the driver since there is a $11 charge already put on my bill. The driver turns to my husband who was drinking a water and said, " I paid for that, wheres my tip" was very disgustes.

Driver was awesome I ordered a limousine but when I arrived at the airport I was told there were none available even though I had paid Rating would of been very poor only for your driver

One driver only talked about tips and their importance in the service industry. Otherwise, the service met our transportation needs and was less expensive than the competition.

I reserved for a limo to pick me and my friends up from Las Vegas Airport. Well when I got off the plane I didn't have my limo. The drive told me that the limo didn't have any air. The brought me an Escalade. I paid for a limo not an Escalade.
