“I love using your service. It’s convenient and very professional always. The cars are clean and the drivers very attentive. I will continue to use Omni every time I’m in Vegas. Thanks”

“The customer service people were great, but there was no limo waiting for us upon our arrival. When I contacted the office, I was told that my credit card had been rejected, so a limo wasn't sent. My credit card had been compromised two weeks before our departure, and we had to have it replaced, which was why it was rejected. It would have been nice if someone had called me when the card was rejected, and I could have given a new card rather than waiting at the airport in the middle of the night. Other than that, though, the service was good, and the return trip was flawless.”

“very friendly drivers and phone operators in the office. BUT the back to the airport driver was late as he was sitting at the wrong hotel due to he did not read his papers correctly, I was at the Hilton flamingo and he was at the regular flamingo. That's why no 5 stars other wise it was excellent. thanks again”

“Service very good and still the only I will use. My trip required several changes and the dispatch people handle them, but in some cases I did not receive a new confirmation e-mail. Which I did ask to be sent and had to call in to get it. Also, in two instances I requested a additional I requested a additional guarity for the drivers and that was not done. I addressed it and was told the drivers would receive the addiional grauity. Thou i do not know if this happened.”

“Not my best experience with Omni, after several before. The driver was a bit late, and failed to advise that he was near my house, 10 minutes before my pick up, I called Omni to check on him since I was advised by security he had passed through our gate some 25 minutes before. At the airport, I was dropped at ZERO level, not departures and wasn't exactly sure how to get to check in counters. The are small items, but added stress to a flight departure. As I said, we have used Omni before with great satisfaction. That said, I made my flight and will certainly use Omni again.”

“Driver at airport was prompt and friendly. Our hotel pick up however was a little frustrating as driver wasn't in right place but he kept consistent communication with me which was great.”

“Appreciate the timeliness and nice greeting at the airport. Thanks also for the expedient drive to our hotel. Please consider the topics discussed in the car. Hearing the personal theories of our driver is not something - I believe - most visitors to Vegas are interested in hearing. Learning more about the area's current offerings, facts and demographic data of the city...that would be more objective. At the same time, Omni is a car service and not so much a tour bus company. The conversation from the driver did go to the extreme in length and conspiracy theory.”

“On time, courteous, personable driver was very helpful, clean vehicle ample for our large group, great rate, only exception is driver was not able to accept our international zipcode for billing which delayed us at our destination - otherwise Would definitely use them again :)”

“Erik was awful, for tech savvy person could not get 4 square card reader to work had all kinds of excuses. Only wanted to be paid in cash. If I could have I would like to get my gratuity back because he did not earn a penny.”
