Booked a ride from Laughlin to Las Vegas online from the Omni website. Did not receive an email confirmation, so I called to confirm. I was told the online pricing was incorrect and that the cost would actually be 5 times more (over $700). Very disappointed to have to find another ride at the last minute.

The worst ever. I schedule and pay for car service for convenience. Not so I can be stressed. My ride was scheduled at 8:30. Usually with most companies a driver will,contact you to out you at ease and let you know he is on his/her way. Not Omni. At 8:10. I called the office and they said everything was fine. It wasn’t. At 8:40 I called back and said my driver hadn’t arrived yet(he was already 10 minutes late). They gave me his number.. I called him and he said he was 20-30 minutes out. I had to load my own car and drive to the airport. I arrived to my gate as they started boarding. If I had waited for them I would have missed my flight. Not reliable don’t use them

I made reservations 7 weeks ago for our girls trip. Was confused about what time to enter in the field for back to the airport. I called Omni and was told to put flight time and it would be adjusted for pick up. I also put a note in reservation that 6am was flight time. When I hadn’t received a pick up time two days before I called. She put me on hold and came back and said they couldn’t pick us up then. After questioning her about options I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told she was on another call and would call me back. That never happened. I called back and spoke with Judy. She basically said it was my fault and I should’ve called, which I had. Then she hung up on me! Terrible customer service! Abandoned with no offer of help. Don’t use this service!

Booked a Mercedes car for a Tuesday 9 pm pickup from the ARIA to McCarren. Driver didn't show on time, showed up and left and then a new driver didn't know where to pick us up. Had to walk back through casino to get to the driver after the car arriving a 1/2 hr late. We were finally picked up but not before the person on the phone tried to blame me for not connecting with the driver earlier and therefore that's why there was so much confusion.. Also, car was an SUV not a mercedes, not sure if I got a lower class car that should have been cheaper but it doesn't even matter because the entire experience was awful.

I booked on June 6th, and received a confirmation email. On July 7 (2 days before arrival), I was told that they could not honor the reservation so I am looking for another car service at the 11th hour.

After booking a (ride) from the airport to take place last week and following the steps required in their website I shut down my computer and left for vacation. Arrived at the airport very late by my time zone, tired, hungry and ready to go to sleep. But our ride never showed up. When I called I was told my reservation had been cancelled because I never returned the paperwork they sent me. After I received a booking confirmation, see the website icon with car checked, appearing to be complete with a reply I was all set. Seems they sent me an email after I shut down my computer asking for an additional contract to be signed? Why wasn't that asked for in the original correspondence? Needless to say we ended up standing in a line of hundreds of other people and squeezed all into one small taxi. Lost a couple hours of sleep over this as we arrived even later at the hotel. Extremely upset over this process, still very frustrated. We did spend a lot less money on taxis and ubers the rest of the trip and at least we had a ride each time but really wanted and was willing to spend extra to have the room and dedicated driver. Make sure you triple check reservations with this company BEFORE you leave for your trip.

The drivers were great and we enjoyed the ride to and from the airport. The billing is my reasoning for the 1 star. I was charged twice for the trip from the airport and twice for the trip back to the airport. I was told it will process once but it charged my credit and debit card two times. Now I have to contact my bank and explain there should be only one charge. The worst part of my trip. Next time I will select a different car service.

Very very poor. Don’t waste your money. No show and when challenged stated was there an hour even though flight on time. No one there. Still took payment and response was we don’t call international numbers !

This is by far the worst limousine service I have ever experienced. We booked 5 different limo orders over 2 days with return to the airport to accommodate a wedding. The first never arrived to pick up the mother of the groom and 5 other immediate family members. When we called to inquire as to the status, we we’re told they had cancelled the order. We nor anyone on the authorized list to alter the order was notified or had made the cancellation. When we attempted to rectify the issues, the staff we encountered apologized profusely, and hung up on us 3 times. Yes, my wife was upset, understandably so, and after the first mishap, requested confirmation the other orders would be executed. She was assured that they would, but it was not the case. Later that same day, the second limo reservation resulted in a tour type bus being sent for the sister and niece of the groom. This was a crushing disappointment to the niece, as it was supposed to be her first limousine experience. To further complicate the event, the limo to transport the father of the groom did not show. In all my years of customer service training and implementation, I have never encountered such an obtuse organization. In closing, whether planning transportation for a small gathering or professionally organizing logistics for any sized event, you’d be better server not utilizing this company.

Good luck using their online booking system....takes all your info (including payment info) then can't supply!! But you have to guess the last part or ask the online chat who are very rude!!

Driver used cell phone as name plate. Cell phone is too small to see name so we proceeded to the baggage claim area & I had to call him to find him. None the less the surprise for my husband was ruined. We also spent a lot of time trying to figure out the Air & controls in limo. Missed a lot of city & driver did not communicate anything.

Booked with Omni Limo on a special trip to Las Vegas with my girlfriend - booked a stretch limo but was greeted at the airport with a mini van. Called the customer services and was told to email with booking id and i would receive a refund - 3 emails later and no reply and arriving in Vegas in a van is not in style...do your research and use other companies.

I reserved a Mercedes S-class vehicle and paid for that vehicle yet was picked up in a suburban and then returned to the airport in a Cadillac. The first driver was rude but the second driver at least apologized for the service issue. Pathetic organization and customer service.

When booking the limo I was told I could hook up to the blue tooth to play my own music , tonight that was not the case we had to listen to a radio station which was a great disappointment as this was one of the main reasons I hired the limo which the company. Once in the limo we checked with the driver to ensure we was getting our full hour, in which he replied well I could take you down the strip and if there's bad traffic it could run over an hr and you get charged ridiculous prices. However he went down the strip and took us straight to our destination which was a 20 minute journey. I paid $140 for a limo with no alcohol, no Bluetooth connection and a 20 minute ride. I'm utterly disgusted.

This was a special occasion. the purpose of this pickup was to surprise daughter for her 21st birthday. (daughter has never been in a limo before) I was told the driver would be at the baggage claim with a sign that read "happy 21st birthday". The driver was not there when we landed nor was at baggage claim. I had to call twice and was told he was on his way. when he showed up, he came running in from outside. The sign did not say happy 21st birthday. It had my name...spelled wrong...the limo was warm and the music did not work in the back of the limo. Afterwards I called the service twice to lodge a report and was told the manager would call me back. Called two more times and am still waiting for a return call. it's been 6 days since I called the first time....very unhappy and will never use this service again.

I had to call and change my pick up time. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. That's where the good experience ended. This was my wedding day. The limo picked us up on time which was great. However, what should have been a 20 minute drive from the ceremony to the reception turned out to be in excess of 30 because the driver took and inefficient route. On top of that, it was 115 degrees outside and there was absolutely no air conditioning the entire ride, not acceptable for a bride in her wedding dress and groom in his suit. The driver spoke little to no English making it impossible for my husband to communicate with him upon arrival at which time he tried to collect the fee for the ride which we had already paid for. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had with a Limo service.
