Items didn't arrive until 4 weeks later!!in-between I sent 6 emails,4 ignored .Eventually I got a reply saying the items were on a pre..order .No problem ...but the issue I had was that they blamed me ...they said I had not seen the message about the pre..order on the confirmation email .Complete utter rubbish ..nothing about pre order on confirmation email ..and why would it accept next day delivery if items were on a delay .Absolutely dreadfully. “If I could give a 0 rating I would, I ordered 2 egg chairs arrived after about 2 weeks one was great but the second had issues( head cushion had tie back missing and also big frame part with no paint on … soooo after messaging n few days later no reply i commented on a fb advertisement for OHS post for the company they replied n said they would resolve my issue if I sent item back( I’m disabled n it’s big heavy n bulky , I messaged back this n asked could they not just send a new seat n cushion part well after a lot of two Ins n throwing they agreed to send replacement cushion, well cushion finally arrived wasn’t the right colour shape or size so I contacted they again stating this nearly 2 weeks to keep chasing for a resolve) anyways the supposed supervisor Megan then replied saying oh yes after checking with supplier would be different colour and material I sent her pics via my messenger she then replied is it causing you any issues., like wtf Yh it’s not the right thing!! OHS has. Now blocked me in messenger and their fb so I can’t even contact to get a resolve or solution!!! So I emailed them on the help@ OHS , n no reply !!! good job I screen shot all my messages and now intend on taking this further as last message from the apparent supervisor Megan said they would issue a FULL refund!!! Then blocked in all methods of communication!!! Very unprofessional and vile treatment!! Steer Clear!! -101% unsatisfied customer !!!”

“Terrible Experience with Online Home Shop - Avoid at All Costs!
I ordered a double duvet set (14 pieces) from Online Home Shop on 24th June, and it has now been over a month with no sign of the goods. After a week of waiting, I contacted the company to flag the issue. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, they have neither processed a refund nor sent a replacement. Their customer service is atrocious and uncooperative.
The company claims they are investigating with the courier company but refuses to process my refund in the meantime, leaving me £100 out of pocket. I have sent numerous emails, but they have failed to provide any correspondence or update on my refund or replacement. This company is a complete con, and dealing with them has been the worst experience ever.
Be very careful if you are considering buying from Online Home Shop. Their customer service is non-existent, and they seem more interested in keeping your money than providing the goods or a satisfactory resolution. Avoid this company at all costs!”

“Ordered bedding from here the prices were cheap so wasn't expecting brilliant quality, but they weren't the greatest at all, very thin, didn't fit properly so kept having access at the top or bottom over the duvet. Its alright for cheap items but don't expect quality. The box the items were delivered with was several boxes all stuck together, I was very surprised nothing was missing for the holes in the box. Overall I would give it a 3 compared to other places on the market doing similar items for similar prices but you get better quality so shop around before you buy.

After washing bedding all the seams have come undone on the fleece duvet set for my daughter very poorly made. Won't be returning! From the reviews I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund as they don't seem to answer anyones queries.”

“Placed an order on the 26th January 2024 which was then shipped on the 31st January. I had a notification from DHL that the order was out for delivery and was at my collection point. I tried to get a collection code from DHL 7 or 8 times which is still yet to be received. My collection point shop also confirmed that no parcel had been delivered there in my name. I had an email to say the parcel was ready for collection and if I didn’t collect by the 7th February it would be returned to the Online Home Shop. I contacted Online Home Shop on the 2nd of February to say I hadn’t received a collection code and my parcel wasn’t at the shop, I had an email response to say please wait 24-72 hours for them to investigate with DHL as it seemed my parcel was still within the delivery network. 72 hours passed so I had to contact again and received a response from Online Home Shop to say DHL needed to investigate further and they would let me know.. I have now asked for a refund on 2 occasions with no acknowledgement of this. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I’m still no further to receiving it. The customer service is appalling and I would never recommend ordering with this company. My purchase contract is through online home shop not DHL so I should be refunded in full for my lost item and this issue should be resolved between online home shop and DHL directly not making me wait for your internal investigations”
