“Not done “quickly and easily” as your brochure states. Took me quite some time to have the identifications accepted. The guy on the chat line was extremely slow and not at all helpful. It ended well but a frustrating experience.”

“I paid for a next day service 3 days later I still haven’t my money in bank Lots of promises The service is terrible When I called I was dismissed and fogged off by woman I had an over phone appointment on Tuesday at midday They sold shares that day I was promised share money by Wednesday night It’s now late Friday afternoon and I’m waiting still”

“What a horrible experience and time wasted to verify yourself and bank details. Kind of defeats the purpose and process of trying to sell your shares at the prevailing prices. Almost a third world validation process and even worse speed in an arena where timing is everything. What a shame really.”

“Easy to use stress free online service. The whole process took 4 working days to complete. From my online submission to funds received into my bank. I received a few emails during that time providing updated information. One Off Trades fee was minimal. I am glad that I found their online service. One very happy customer. Thank you One Off Trades. 😃”
