“$104 for a brokerage fee is steep considering it wasn’t even a same day sale. Because of the delayed sale I received approximately $500 less with the added brokerage fee on top. Disappointing.”

“We have never traded in shares before. The step-by-step guidelines were terrific and even we managed to get the task done (though the photo ID section of the form defeated us until our son came to the rescue. There's a malicious rumour circulating that the problem had more to do with our incompetencies than with oneofftrades' form!! ) Thanks for your help.”

“Sale went through OK. However, not pleased with necessity to provided netbank passwords for larger transactions - in fact, I couldn't believe this was being requested!! Obviously, I didn't do this and went elsewhere for second sale. Also, I on two separate occasions I asked for a callback from 'Victoria' to answer a couple of queries. Eventually, a week or more later she did return call but by then the sale was all finished. Clearly, not impressed with (in effect) no follow up.”
