“Extremely tedious to verify yourself. I don't recommend this site for anyone who's interested in selling your shares promptly. Their image capturing method is very poor, and on top of that their validations are very basic to the point where it fails more than succeeds. Then you are ended up running after JPs to get things certified. The whole thing is really tedious in this time and age.”

“tried over 20 times with 4 devices to scan photo or passport and it would not accept. No help from help desk so have to do the old paper way”

“We found one-off provided a very good service. The online application to sell shares was straightforward. Verify your I.D. online was a little bit difficult to use as we never sell any shares before. The Office was very helpful and readily answered questions. The sale went through as indicated. we would highly recommend their service.”

“$104 for a brokerage fee is steep considering it wasn’t even a same day sale. Because of the delayed sale I received approximately $500 less with the added brokerage fee on top. Disappointing.”
