“I am new as a customer. I see it says no shuttle service required, just park and walk to the terminal. However, the picture shows building next to the parking. I am worried now. Down town Miami has building not the port. I hope I don’t have to pay a driver to drive me into the port now.”

“it is extremely difficult to change the vehicle once the reservation is made, I could not find the proper window to complete that action. I ended up making a new reservation with a different vehicle and cancelling the one made prior.”
