“I received an email saying that I would get 5% off but there was no place to put the code at checkout. Other than that, I was satisfied with the process. I am a recurring customer.”

“it is extremely difficult to change the vehicle once the reservation is made, I could not find the proper window to complete that action. I ended up making a new reservation with a different vehicle and cancelling the one made prior.”

Hi Harry, We’re sorry for the inconvenience — we know it can be a real hassle to cancel and rebook just to change your vehicle. Next time, please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-800-437-1850 (our average wait time is only about 30 seconds) or simply send your request to info@onestopparking.com and our team will be happy to take care of it for you. That said, our product team is already working on a fix for this limitation, so it should be much easier in the near future. Stay tuned! Thanks again for your feedback, The OneStopParking.com Team
