“I was able to get my item at a substantially lower (2/3rds) price than the only other site which had the item. Ordering was relatively easy, although I had to point out that as I live in Northern Ireland, I should not pay the non-mainland fee. This was quickly sorted, and delivery was speedy. All round, a good service.”

“I ordered an old style of lock to repair an old one in an existing door. I did not expect to achieve this! The lock was perfect fit for the old one. Packaged very well & arrived undamaged (could very easily got bent). It arrived the next day after ordering. The recommended door handle did not fit however - screw centers were incorrect & they acknowledged the error - are accepting handles back for refund. Service was very good otherwise.”

“Good service, but site should be improved. Ordered 4 items, only 1 got into basket instead, so received 1. Tried few more times - same thing. So finally had to pay for extra postage. Was offered discount, but hey... If everything worked properly, I'd get it all in the first time.”

“Had the product I wanted in stock however on fitting it I noticed very marginal dimensional differences and finish quality resulting in problems fitting the item. I had to resort to filing a little to obtain the required result”

“Contact with company was considered good as was payment method. Delivery by Carrier very expensive when postal service could have been used. For this reason only would not recommend .”

“It's clear from the dispatch note that you receive a 55% discount from your supplier. None of this was passed on to the end users which is disappointing. Nevertheless, we all need to make a profit, Also, the delivery was prompt.”
