“Anazingly quick,however installation instructions were totally wrong”

“Got the code eventually, however the site lends itself to believing that you get the code quite quickly it took over 24 hours. In that time I contacted the company via email and live chat to check how long it might take i received no response whatsoever so I looked elsewhere and found somewhere much cheaper who gave me the code within 30 second”

“Code was correct and worked, had to contact after 3 hrs as the email had not been picked up, but person on phone was happy to supply code there and then, and apolgised.”

“Well I'd be lying if I vote him anymore than average as he couldn't supply me with a code that worked! Credit to him though, he eventually reimbursed (after several emails) me when I sent him a video of me inputting his code into my radio and it not working. I went to a local motor audio shop after that and they unlocked my radio in a matter of minutes. Cheaper than Online Radio Codes as well! ;)”

“the radio code supplied was INCORRECT! However I now have a new radio fitted, following my contact with Blauplankt agents, who also supplied an INCORRECT code but suggested that the radio needed to be returned to GERMANY for 'resetting'! It seemed that even the 'main; agent had incorrect information. Not a pleasant experience...”
