"Received pushchair beginning August used rain cover last wk for first time and it split on bottom said they can't replace it as I have had it over a month.Puggle srarmax pushchair is awful even though it has swivel wheels its very hard to turn and to go up and down pavement.Worst pushchair I have ever had.Have now got to buy another pushchair."

"Ordered a car seat that Yodel claimed they delivered but they never did. Instead the driver came to my location took an image of the box inside my block but never came to my door to deliver the package. Online4baby claim it has 100% been delivered to me and it hasn't. I disputed saying that the image does not show that the driver had delivered to me, its ridiculous. Please tell me how the below image shows it was delivered to my door. I live in a block of flats this does not show any proof. I have a ring door bell and even gave them proof but still no help from them."
