“These guys are my 'go to' for parts that no-one else will supply in reasonable time and at good quality. They have not disappointed yet and even if there is a mix-up with my ordering and I need refund...it's understood and pretty much immediate. Things turn up within a couple of days always and they let you know if something won't be on time. Sometimes I wonder why I bother looking around for the best deals and don't just come to Online Auto straight away. Quality for their price is near unbeatable for the speed you get things at.”

“Delivery is absolutely shocking, there was supposedly stock on the shelf of the item I wanted. I ordered quickly based on this, I also express posted the item as I am stuck out west until I can get the part to get my car going again. I ordered the item on the Monday, and it didn’t leave them until at least the Thursday, it is now the following Monday and I am still waiting for the part to arrive.”

In this case, while the part was available, dispatch was delayed as the part is kept offsite. I can see that the parcel was dispatched 23/09/2021 and delivered 29/09/2021.
