“This is a repeat review. After 10 phone calls we actually spoke to a team member on the phone. He apologised and spoke of how busy they are and he has needed to step out of the office to assist in the other section. I fully understand and accept that. Once we spoke to the team member the part was here within 48hrs which was fantastic. So, after all of that I really think that there needs to be some form of answering machine to leave a message. I couldn't do that. My Email was never answered. When I finally spoke to someone (after attempting to make contact over 5 business days) it was a last ditch try before cancelling the order. Thankfully, the call was answered and the part has been received - all good now but it was something that could have been avoided by either being able to leave a message or receinving a reply to the email. So, we will deal with them again and sincerely hope that some change is created to keep communication with clients easier and actuall there. Bob”

“The service was excellent and the part well priced. The vehicle recommendation tool requires a tweak as it kept suggesting that the part wasn't correct. But my Nissan patrol gu has rear disc brakes so the master cylinder purchased was perfect. Very happy with my purchase.”
