“Nothing but perfect each time I have dealt with them. If wrong part sent, NP new part sent out. Or I return for a refund. I have done both a few times but out of the amount of times I got from here they have been nothing but perfect. I don't believe the bad comments here are for OnlineAutoParts but rather that scamming eBayer AutoPartsOnline. I have had very bad experiances with them clowns. But I would give 10/10 for OnlineAutoParts everyday.”

“I am very satisfied with the service, pricing and assistance when i have called to verify which part is compatible with my vehicle. My only issue is with freight/postage costs which seem very high. I buy a lot of products online from interstate and their costings are much less, some even free fright above a certain purchase amount, even though some items are classified as heavy (over 7 kg ). Your frieght company (other than Aust Post) delivers to my area, and they have delivered here with other companies, but it wont let me select them on your site to deliver here. Hopefully this can be resolved, as I would purchase a lot more from your site, but when you get a great product at a great price, then freight costs of $130.00 (as my last purchase wanted to charge ) I bought locally.”
