“Ordered 4 parts for overhaul of cooling system on my 1967 Holden Commodore. Paid 2nd April, received 9th April in rural NZ. Takes that long for parcels ordered in NZ. Excellent service and after sales follow-up.”

“I have been using onlineautoparts for many years now through ebay and direct sales even though my account only shows a small amount of the actual products i have purchased and in the early days i was amazed at the low prices and great service ,now to be totally honest the quality of some of the Chinese parts you sell leaves a bit to be desired eg Tora discs and pads for territory and falcon ,discs rubbed on backing plates and pads where not flat and gave sub standard braking i had to grind down casting dags on back of the discs to stop the rubbing and the pads where replaced with a better brand after one week ,Cozza front and rear swaybar links ,the rear links didn't last one week before the top rubbers tore and the bottom bush split and the front links where making noise after one month ,i have found over many years in the automotive trades that the Chinese can't make rubber or they miss out important ingredients, now over the years i have bought 3 pairs of ILJIN front hubs (genuine ford) from online autoparts for fords and have had no issues but my latest pair of "genuine" ILJIN wheel bearing hubs for $149 that i just received are NOT! ILJIN they are BASCO brand and are not made by ILJIN in Korea, the BASCO website says their hubs and bearings are sourced from oem and aftermarket manufacturers across Asia so most likely China and i then found genuine ford ILJIN hubs from jefferson ford for $160 so to say i'm disappointed is an understatement . Now all that being said my overall experience over the many years with online auto parts has been a good one the staff are professional and more than willing to help with any problems ,as for my latest issue i would like the BASCO hubs replaced with genuine ILJIN HUBS made by ILJIN like the website says they are .”

“wiper blade assembly, and blades were top value , fit perfect , work great , better than original. Slotted and drilled disc rotors work really well , braking is better with these fitted , great product and great value ☑️👍”

“First off my anti virus program kept blocking your site because you have not updated your web site certificate; which I find unbelievable! Second issue was the fact that numerous times I endeavoured to edit my address in the checkout screen and also the details under my account; both of which kept defaulting to changing the collection point- NOT THE BLOODY ADDRESS LINES!!! The only way I managed to get around this was to add an entirely new address and then choose it as my primary address. I then deleted the 2 previous addresses, both of which were incorrect! User friendly NO Intuitive NO. My basis for commenting- I studdied computer programming with an advanced certificate in data processing and supplied commercial computer systems for 18 years- whoever developed your site left several glaring oversights in it, possible bugs and a lack of simple common sense. Update your blasted web certification!!!”
