“I bought a product 17 August. The website said it would fit my car. It didn't. On 27 August, I wrote to sales@onlineautospares.com.au asking how I could return the product. I did not receive a reply. On 4 September, I wrote again asking for a response. I did not receive a reply. In frustration, I wrote a review of the product hoping illicit response. On 5 September, they replied to my review saying that - wait for it - I should write to sales@onlineautospares.com.au. So I did so for a third time on 8 September. I did not receive a reply. It is now 12 September. This is seriously bad service.”
