“Bought what I thought was a genuine stebel nautilus air horn off eBay as was listed as one from some Asian seller here in Australia and turned out to be Chinese rubbish - so at least online auto parts is reputable 👍”

“Online Parts Service is great but Australia Post is a let down on delivery and follow up. I put in a failed delivery enquiry with no reply. It’s only when my wife suggested checking Australia Post agent I found the parcel there and wasn’t notified by Australia Post. My address which Online Parts was provided wasn’t on the package only the postal agency address which Online Parts wouldn’t have known. Can only summize the postie removed my address as part of the recently exposed scams by the Postmen. Online Parts had originally dispatched the package promptly.”

“First time using the site, needed a starter motor for my HZJ75 Landcruiser 1HZ an found here to be the cheapest in Australia for it, Ordered it around lunchtime and was on the Gold Coast the next day, so extremely fast shipping an I got a discount to on the starter, took a couple a weeks to find the time to install it, but got it done today and it works great, didn’t need to change anything on mine as far as the wiring goes, everything fitted up fine, Will definitely buy again in the future if they have the parts I’m chasing, Great Service an glad I found them on google”

“How can you expect to sell parts with only the picture of a box. I bought a radiator hose which had no description of the item other than measurements which matched mine but when it arrived was completely different. First and last time I use onlineautoparts. I might as well have just threw $25 in the bin. 48 hours to get a response on a part is a joke. How hard is it to include a picture of what you're selling.”

“Easy to use website with top quality parts at low, low prices. Shopping made easy from the comfort of your own lounge. Parts dispatched quicker than a 'P' plater on the motorway and must have been delivered by one as my order arrived the next day. 🤣🤣 Awesome job all round. Would recommend these guys to anyone. 👍👍”
