“Brilliant service, fast shipping and always competitive pricing. I've ordered plenty from these guys in the past but was concerned when a friend had an issue with a part he recently ordered from OAP and had a mechanic install it. Raising the issue to OAP, they went the extra mile beyond their boundary of responsibility to offer a replacement for the part at no charge even though they advised the part was incorrectly installed by the mechanic (diagnosed through photos); and offered tips what to look for next time. A few hours later doing our own homework on the issue and we've worked out what the mechanic did wrong. We'll go back to the mechanic to resolve it but as another part has already been fitted, a replacement component is not necessary. Really appreciate the support by these guys and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy replacement parts for their vehicles.”
