“They are wonderful people to deal with. I have become a repeat buyer as nothing is to much trouble for them. I recently bought a speedo cable from them and I tried everywhere before hand to locate one to no avail. Spoke to Micheal and explained the problems I was having trying to source one for the age of the car. He found one and sent it down only to be to short, I rang him back with the measurements of our speedo drive that came out of the car. He rang back after looking to match one, He found one with the same ends that was not a Toyota but out of a Nissan. Thank God that he took the time to search for me as we now have to car on the road after months of looking to be told you can't buy one anywhere even second hand in Victoria. He mailed it to me Monday afternoon I received it the very next day, such prompt service. I now have spoken to my friends and they all have used this service for buying parts for their vehicles. I'd like to Thank You All in Parts department for all the help that you have shown myself and my friends when it comes to sourcing hard to come by parts and prompt delivery interstate. Thanks Once Again.”

“Found item to be poor fitment. With oem I never need to use sealant, this kit leaks, even with good quality sealant. The main outer gasket is ok with a blob in the hard corners, but the spark plug seals leak badly. One of my wells was literally full of oil after only a few thousand kms. I ended up buying oem, and have no issues now. I was refunded, but I still had to spend time fixing the problem due to an inferior product.”

“The price is highly competitive. Quality of service - Talking to a team with knowledge is great. These guys will assist you if you have questions about the part and if it suits you. Local stores - I have been told even if the local stores Website says it fits your vehicle but if physically doesn't and you have opened the package they won't refund you. So I would rather talk to these guys and gets parts from them. Thank you onlineautoparts”
