Hello William, We do not usually have this issue, updating the address in the system is usually a straightforward process. We have tried to get in touch in order to assist with this, but have not had any response. “Incredibly complex and time consuming way to order parts. Very long winded order process and requirement to enter personal contact details, which should not be necessary when using paypal. Hopefully actual dispatch service will be better and product good quality otherwise will not use again. You really need to simplify process and stop trying to get customers to sign up for e mails and extended payment deals etc etc etc.”
