“BEWARE!!! Charging GST on exports BEWARE!!, These guy charge GST on items that are exported, when the law states that they should not. Johno and Michael both shown a copy of the relevant government requirement, but refuse to deduct the GST. RIP OFF!!”

Hello John, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, while we do not charge Australian GST on overseas orders, there are GST charges that are imposed by local authorities. This is especially the case for orders that are exported to New Zealand. New Zealand requires that we collect New Zealand GST for orders that are shipped to New Zealand. This is law that we have to abide by and cannot circumvent. Apologies that we cannot be more help.
