Hello Troy, Thanks for taking the time to contact us with your feedback. I can see that an inquiry came through blank and that one of our staff responded via email to get some more information on the 16th of December. I have checked the tracking and can see that the parcel was processed by air carrier 17/12/2020. Unfortunately at this time of year, parcels can be delayed due to the high volumes of parcels being sent, however I would expect your parcel to be delivered soon.
