“Well delivery schedule timing really good but they sent a different item that I had ordered as they were out of stock of what I wanted. Not happy with product sent to be honest. An email explaining problem should have been sent to me before different product sent. So, 0 put of 10,, for that”

“It is a good site although I did have an item not available, but was quickly reimburst. The only reason I probably will not use you again is that I think the postage is a bit steep, I can understand if you have heavy goods but if you order just a couple of bit the postage is still the same.”

“The ordering process was very simple especially as we live outside of the UK. The only small glitch was that we were not advised of delivery by the couriers as indicated at the outset.It is only on this basis that I did not mark a 5”

“The customer service is good the only down side for me was the delivery as it was delivered to my home and left out side in the rain with no note therefore ruined the content but the customer service went out there way to help even though it was not there fault they refunded me the money”

“Great products, great delivery service thru Hermes. But too expensive the delivery service, even if they say free delivery if you spend more than £20, still charging £4,95. And the order takes too long to be processed. Overall good shop!”
