“I was so pleased to find somewhere that sold airpure vapour candles and I purchased 5. I did tell the store to pack the items carefully as I didnt want them damaged. Two candles had broken when I recieved them but the customer service I received was amazing. I was answered and apologized to straight away I received a refund. I will definitely be purchasing again from this store.”

“I have search the shops for this particular brand of shower gel which my husband prefers and it is as rare as hen's teeth. Searching on the internet I found your site and was well pleased with the price and speed of delivery.”

“I have bought from the oline pound store a number of times and i am generally happy with my purchases.It saves trudging around the poundshops and paying parking fees. A couple of things that anoy me are when they issue a credit note for something out of stock.These just get lost or forgotten about [which is not good for the customer] Also please check carefully the size of the items you are buying, as i have paid £1 for some tiny tiny toothpastes and mouthwashes that i thought were full size.”

“Items were well wrapped and came in perfect conditions. Shipping only took 5 days from UK to italy, everything I bought is good quality at an unbeatable price! Only downside: I got notificated with a partial refund of my order, I emailed back in order to know what the refund referred to, but had no answer about that, plus, in my original order appearing in my account on the website, is complete with all the items, even if some of them are missing, and have been refunded.”

“Items arrived fairly quickly and all in good condition. Although on my recent order I ordered a gold christmas card holder and I got sent a silver one instead for some reason but not a big issue. I will still properly order again in the future.”
