“I completed on-line, but the Certificate I received was NOT signed. This problem became an issue with my work. Can you please Sign CERTIFICATE and send today. "IMPORTANT" Thank you, Mohamed Nyron RAHIM 416-529-7150”

Hi Mohamed, The signature space on the front of the certificate is for you to sign as the "Trainee." The signature space on the back of the card is for workplace-specific training only, as specified on the certificate text above the wallet card. We add this to certificates for employers' convenience so they do not have to create a separate document. If your employer will perform additional workplace-specific training, they will sign the back of the card. Otherwise, it can remain blank. I checked our customer support logs, and I don't see any incoming calls, messages, or emails from you. Did you reach out to our customer service team inquiring about this? I've reached out to you direclty via DM as well.

“It was an informative and pretty easy to navigate. Had one issue when pressing x to return to a different screen and I was booted out. Was a little tricky getting back in to the course.”

“Good course makes it easy to learn. Three minor corrections with the materials: (1) United Nations not noted in course but part of a quiz answer (2) 16 SDS Sections, Section 3 Missing (3)Module review Labels and Safety Data Sheets, at the third point, "Workplace labels are "differemt"" (spelled Incorrectly) should be "different"”

“I enjoyed the program it gave me a lot of information that I did not know. I would also like to thank the person that was on Chat with me sorry I forgot his name. He was helpful in letting me know where to go and to reinburse me for the mistake that I did in purchases. I had paid for two people when I was just paying for myself. Thank You again.”
