I purchased a white shirt. It is very see thru. It did fit perfectly until I washed it. I washed it cold and tumble dry low. It wrinkles super easy and now has three tiny holes on the front towards the bottom hem. I can buy a ten dollar shirt from Amazon and it would last a lot longer than this one!

Not sure how it happened but I moved and because I sent the shirts from an old account, they got sent to my old address out of state. Haven’t received them yet

Dont have a way to return without emailing them First and they haven't yet responded to THAT email i sent days ago. White shirt is almost sheer its so see through! Yikes

I ordered three. When I first put one on o was very happy. It was soft and lightweight but not sheer. Unfortunately they were all stretched out by the end of the day. And one had tiny holes in it after the first wear. I feel like I just wasted $100+ dollars.

It looks like you sent us an email after you posted this review so we are in the process of helping you out on that end as well. We processed a refund for the shirts, since above all else, we want you to be happy with your purchase but are also in the process of getting some replacement shirts ordered for you as well. I am curious is you washed and dried the shirts before wearing them. Usually this helps tighten the weave of the fabric which stops them from loosening up as much during the day. I haven’t received my order. It shows the delivery has been cancelled yet $76 was charged to my account for the items. Why was my order cancelled, yet I was not reimbursed?

The shirts are just average. For over $32 a tshirt I would have expected more quality. Didn’t wash well. Line dried and misshapen.

I recommend washing and drying the shirts in a dryer vs line drying as that can sometimes cause blocking issues with the fabrics. I hope that helps. I checked your tracking information and it looks like they attempted to deliver your package but weren't able to due to current weather conditions in your area. It says they will try delivering again on Monday. Due to Covid and current weather conditions, deliveries to Canada by USPS have been taking a bit longer than usual. I’ve bought probably at least a dozen of hemp shirt over the years, and the quality has degraded over the years. I wear an XL, and my most recent purchase fit more like a medium. See photo where the black t-shirt is an XL purchased 2-3 years ago and washed many times. The steel blue t-shirt is also “XL” and is right out of the packaging. I’m not one to write reviews, let alone negative reviews. However, I didn’t receive a response when I wrote to customer service. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my shirts moving forward.

I placed an order almost a month ago, and have received no information/communication as to where the order is. According to the tracking information, the shipping label has been created, but there have been no updates since. I really wanted to like this company for its commitment to sustainability and humane practices, however I would appreciate more transparency as to where my order is.

I am showing it as being in SF but it has been there a while so I have a feeling that it was lost in transit. Poor quality. Appears you switched source for shirts. Found ch I best writing in red on sleeve and alt sticker. Will be returning and going to a better quality product eksewhere

Our ONNOcell bamboo shirts are made in a different location than our Original bamboo shirts, which may be where the confusion is coming from. I see that you used to order original bamboo, not ONNOcell bamboo. I ordered a XXL t-shirt and after a week I called and was told it was there was no stock and I said leave the order until they got some more in. At that point I was told they were not getting anymore and that they would refund my money which they did. Now if your a t-shirt company only don't you stock xxl t-shirts?

Hello Rick, I am sorry that we ran out of stock on the particular size and color you ordered. It's true that our next replenishment of the Pima shirts is a ways out. Pima was a new product for us recently, which far exceeded the demand we anticipated. We're working hard to get back up to stock. We do have many other colors and fabrics in stock in your size! I'm glad we could resolve this right away with a refund--please know that a replacement item is always an option as well!
