Last year, I ordered various shirts from ONNO and overall I love the feel and look of the shirts when you first get them. My favorite shirts are the Pima Cotton. They hold their shape and seem to last much longer than the thinner options. I'd suggest staying away from the bamboo shirts. I ordered short sleeve and long sleeve versions and they do not last. They stretch out after one wear and have multiple holes in them even though I wash on gentle and hang to dry. Disappointing for the cost.

Shirt was mediocre for $44. And after several washings it developed holes. Company refused to do anything because it’s past 180 days. Nonsense customer service emails.

Hi Robin, I'm sorry we were unable to process a refund for the order you placed a year ago. As we mentioned in our emails to you, we are literally unable to process a refund beyond 180 days (6months), which is why that is our policy. This is a limitation of the credit card processor. In the future, we would be happy to help with a return/refund as long as it is within 6 months of purchase. We find that this isn't an issue for most people and that most people are actually grateful for our return policy which is a much more lenient compared to most companies which usually only allow 1 month to return items. I love the material of these bamboo shirts. They have a beautiful drape and lightweight silky feel. They were exactly what I was looking for. Also, I ordered two Beechwood T-shirts, one gray and one green. They had distinctly different fabrics from one another. One had a very nice soft, light texture similar to the bamboo shirts I ordered. The second shirt however, I feel must have been mislabeled. It was much heavier and thicker with a rougher texture. It feels and wears like a cotton T-shirt. After reaching out to customer service, I was told shirts are made in small batches and can vary. While I appreciate that, in this instance, that means you are lacking quality control, and have no consistency within your product. The beechwood T-shirts also shrunk significantly beyond a half size as indicated by ONNO. Don’t bother with the beechwood shirts. Why I am not happy - I reached out to customer service prior to ordering to clarify sizing recommendations to accommodate their shrinkage estimates. I am an extra small, but I wanted the shirts to fit loose and maintain their drape after being washed so they recommended I order size small which I did. However, the shrinkage after washing is not just a 1/2 size reduction. They shrink a full size if not a little more. Had I known they would shrink this much I would’ve actually ordered medium. I reached out to customer service to inquire about an exchange for a larger size. I was told exchanges are not offered to Canadian customers and I would have to place a completely new order. I was given instructions on how to return the original shirts back to them as they do not have any labels or shipping services (costs covered by me) they provide Canadian customers. I was also notified I will not be refunded my original flat shipping cost of $25 from my order. My 25$ shipping took over two weeks and was done through standard united Postal Service. Not impressed. With these shirts ringing in around $55 Canadian plus a flat rate of $25 US for shipping I won’t be bothering to re-order because it’s too much of a financial gamble as they are not set up for Canadian customers, and are not honest about the shrinkage of their fabrics. I did find a way around the additional out of pocket return costs, ONNO‘s return period seems to be approximately six months, and I am travelling to the US in a few mths so I emailed customer service to inquire about having them send me a free return label (that they offer to their US customers) and use my friends home address to return the shirts within the United States, which they’ve agreed to do.

I bought my first shirt and it was perfect fit perfect loved it so I ordered two more and they’re both too tight same size in bamboo. I know you have free returns, but I don’t want the headache in the hassle so I will not be purchasing anymore shirts from your company. Too bad you don’t have more consistency.

This shirt does not fit as expected and not as avertise. This is not a Long Line T-shirt and way over priced

The material on the women's bamboo shirt is just too sheer. The shirt is a little too fitted as well. This company seems to cater to thin people only. Otherwise it would be great.

I was disappointed. I ordered the same size shirt and one was shorter than the other. I have a long torso so this was very frustrating. Also, they stretch out really easy and loose their shape. Way too expensive for these issues. Unfortunately, I will not be buying again.

sent the wrong color shirt. even the packing indicated that I had purchased a "rust" colored T shirt for my son. I got a black T shirt instead.

While Onno’s customer service is excellent, and I loved the first two t-shirts I ordered in the summer of 2022, they changed the style without clear notice on their website. The new (women’s) bamboo t-shirts are 3-4 inches shorter. I am only 5’5” and they are too short for my liking. Disappointing.

XL too tight and 2XL way too big. Shirt sizes very inconsistent, even in the same size group. Material is also very thin. Pricing way too high for what is offered.

Unfortunately, for me the Medium is too tight and the Large is too long but I’m sure someone will find the fit is OK.

Your XL size does not correlate with other shirts I have that are XL. Very bad fit and would not recommend your shirts !

I wore the tee shirt once, put it in the washer on cold and it has a hole in it near my stomach area.

Good fit and soft, but the shirt is completely see through. Expensive for thin fabric. Not sure how to wear it since everyone could see my bra through it.

We responded the next morning at 6:48am MT letting you know that once an order is placed, it takes about 1-2 business days to ship and that once the package is picked up from our warehouse, it will take around 3-6 business days to arrive if you live in the continental US. My experience has not been good at this point as I still have not received my order. Sorry that I cannot provide a more positive review at this time. My order was placed on 1/25/22 and departed the Denver, CO Distribution Center today (2/3/22).

Unfortunately, due to the winter storm Landon, on top of Covid and employee shortages, shipping times are a little longer than usual.
