Possibly the most comfortable T-shirt I've ever worn, but it was not pre-shrunk. After one wash / dry cycle it is unwearable, I can't even fit into it!

I’ve bought two or three dozen ONNO t-shirts over the years. I love the fit and comfort, especially the CELL material. My issue is that the material develops tiny holes, mostly around the belt buckle. This is true for virtually every shirt I have bought from ONNO, and the hole can develop after one or two wears. I also tried their new cotton t-shirt. They touted on their website how much research and care went into the design, but the shirt is cheaply made and lost its shape after one washing. As I said, the fit and comfort are fantastic, but these shirts are cheaply made and don’t last more than a few wears and washes. Really tragic.

I have stesdily been ordering Onno shirts to show my customers. I ordered 15 pieces recently and the shipping was $50 which is completely a rip off. Having my own company I am familiar with ups and shipping and the discounts associated with shipping. Being charged $50 shipping for 15 short sleeve (totalling roughly 7 pounds) shirts is something that really makes me look at Onno as a company and its customer care.

As mentioned when we spoke via email previously, we don't make any money off of shipping and always offer the best rate we can. For smaller quantities, the cost of shipping per shirt is higher but when larger quantities are ordered, it goes down drastically. This is the second shirt I have received from Onno. As with the first one (bamboo), the shirt is see thru and very thin material. This second shirt is cotton and it shrunk in length this time. I find for the the price of the shirt, you can buy better elsewhere that will hold for years compare to these shirts that will last maybe a season.

I purchased a white shirt. It is very see thru. It did fit perfectly until I washed it. I washed it cold and tumble dry low. It wrinkles super easy and now has three tiny holes on the front towards the bottom hem. I can buy a ten dollar shirt from Amazon and it would last a lot longer than this one!

Dont have a way to return without emailing them First and they haven't yet responded to THAT email i sent days ago. White shirt is almost sheer its so see through! Yikes

I ordered three. When I first put one on o was very happy. It was soft and lightweight but not sheer. Unfortunately they were all stretched out by the end of the day. And one had tiny holes in it after the first wear. I feel like I just wasted $100+ dollars.

It looks like you sent us an email after you posted this review so we are in the process of helping you out on that end as well. We processed a refund for the shirts, since above all else, we want you to be happy with your purchase but are also in the process of getting some replacement shirts ordered for you as well. I am curious is you washed and dried the shirts before wearing them. Usually this helps tighten the weave of the fabric which stops them from loosening up as much during the day. I haven’t received my order. It shows the delivery has been cancelled yet $76 was charged to my account for the items. Why was my order cancelled, yet I was not reimbursed?

The shirts are just average. For over $32 a tshirt I would have expected more quality. Didn’t wash well. Line dried and misshapen.

I checked your tracking information and it looks like they attempted to deliver your package but weren't able to due to current weather conditions in your area.
