"I ordered four tires from Oponeo, one of which already had a visible defect before mounting. I took photos of the damage just in case, as I initially believed it wouldn\u2019t affect the tire\u2019s performance.\r\n\r\nWhen I finally had the tires mounted a few months later, it turned out that this exact defect caused the tire to lose air. Despite providing clear photographic evidence, my claim was rejected after months of back-and-forth. Oponeo now falsely claims that the damage occurred when the tire was removed \u2014 completely ignoring the fact that the defect had been documented before installation.\r\n\r\nI am extremely disappointed by the poor communication and unfair treatment, and I cannot recommend Oponeo to anyone."
