“Shocking service. I ordered 4 new tyres. Only 3 arrived on all seperate days. I have now to take it up with the courier to find my other tyre. Will never use again. Avoid”

“take your money straight away - god knows when youre tyres are going to turn up. ignored or fobbed off by email. hundreds of pounds out of pocket and tyres dangerously worn. Thanks a bunch oponeo you bunch of cowboys”

“The four whitewall tyres I bought under a year ago have yellowed and cracked. I have had the car garages and have done under 200 miles. Utter rubbish. Oponeo’s response were that they were “cheap Chinese imports”!!!!! I will never use these people again.”

“One star is generous. Just like the other reviewers, they falsely advertise stating it's 3-4 working days but in fact they snuck in an upto 30day delivery in their terms and conditions. It's been two weeks already with no idea where the tyres are. They have refused to refund me and I have to wait 30days. They keep saying they will contact next day and they don't so I've had to chase it several times already which is always a waste of time. The courier never seem to get back to them so I'm left in limbo. PLEASE DO NOT order from here. They will take your money and treat you like s***”

“Do not use these scammers no matter what. Buy your tyres from anyone else. Their delivery timeline is false advertising and is misleading. They have no intention of delivering within this timeline. They seem to believe that they can deliver half of an order and that's acceptable (by law it is not) due to their T&Cs. Their call centre and customer agents on email are less than useless, and cannot give you a straight answer. Their selling tactics are those of scammers, and their follow-up is no better. They send incorrect tracking information, and refuse to provide any help with the delivery dates, in-spite of a customer's contract being with them and not their delivery agent. Please do yourself a favour, buy your tyres from anyone else.”

“they listed tyre out of stock! after order i've received email that my order has been cancelled because item is out of stock! but they didn't refund! because i've opened case on ebay resolution centre oponeo sent an email to me that refund could be delayed because they got 30 days for respond to ebay resolution centre! refund via paypal takes about ONE MINUTE! just click "refund" but they delay on purpose! AVOID OPONEO! unless u wanna be cheated!”

“We ordered a tire that would be delivered within 3 days (according to the website). Unfortunately the band was not there after a week. It had to come all the way from Italy to the Netherlands. We therefore canceled our order. Then we had to wait almost two weeks for our money. Because according to Oponeo, the tape had to be returned to the sender first and only then could money be returned.. it took and lasted.. I advise everyone strongly not to order from this company.”

“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. 22.12.21 I ordered 2 tires for £416, the website said the delivery will take up to 48h. By the 28th of december 2021 the tires still weren’t delivered so I cancelled my order. I was ignored for a week, and only got a response to my email when I mentioned leaving a bad review, but the response I received made no difference to my situation. On the 7th of January 2022 (11 days after the cancellation of my order!) I received a mail which said that the tires I was looking for have been found and if I don’t want them I have to return them to do deliver driver. Today marks 2 weeks since I cancelled my order but I still have no update from your website and still didn’t get. y refund. I’ve run out of patience and advise everyone to avoid this company as much as possible. I recommend you sort my situation out soon because I will continue to write bad reviews unti I get my money back. I will let everyone know that from experience I’ve learnt that OPONEO doesn’t respect or take their customers seriously.”

“THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE A BAD JOKE !!!!! I have ordered two tyres from them, after one week I got delivery but it was just only one tire, it passed another week and still have nothing from them but just only one excuse from rude person on their phoneline about this tire "it is still in transit but they cant say where is it" !! can you believe in this ? I have to get day off my work to pick up one tire and need to get another day off my work to pick another tire if they delivery it, There is many places stationery tyre shop which can give you any tire immediately (becasue they have in the stock) at the same price tyres which you looking for and nobody will waste your time and money !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN , and SHAME ON YOU at the same price which I can get tyre in Ireland at shops you gave me a headache, stress , and waste of my time and money, TIMEWASTERS nothing else so if you can get a tyres at your local shop go there and buy dont allowed this company waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered 4 x tyres which showed availability. After email from them to tell me they were out of stock they still displayed 100% availability. They suggested I buy tyres at twice the price. Use advertising of out of stock items to suck in customers. Refund issued but not received yet.”

“They sold me used tyres.The tyres had road grain marks and the vent spews are clearly worn off. The tyres have been fitted and driven on a vehicle. On contacting Oponeo and sending photos they simpy refused to agree the tyres were used.”

“Oponeo's aftersales is utterly shocking. I needed to return a set of tyres and it has taken almost 2 months to sort and I still don't have my full refund. They had the tyres collected in two separate collections, one of which somehow managed to deliver a single tyre back to the tyre shop I collected from. Because of that courier error they still haven't refunded me for that one tyre even telling me THREE times on the phone that it wasn't my fault and I'd receive my refund. All this and I still have to pay a £60 fee to return the tyres. Their tyre prices are competitive but no where near good enough to warrant the horrendous customer service they provide.”

“Bitterly disappointed. I needed a tyre quick so thought I would try Oponeo. I ordered the tyre Sunday and it was delivered Thursday to one of their recommended fitters. Only they delivered the wrong tyre in the wrong size to one of their recommended fitters. They now refuse to refund me until they receive the tyre back!! Not sure why I should be further inconvenienced for their mistake. Won't be using again or recommending.”

“SHOP ELSEWHERE What you don't no is they charge you 80 pound to return by them only. They then don't refund you don't answer messages o and very rude customer services steer clear cowboy company. Had to get PayPal involved taken over 2 weeks to get refund and they still charged me 80 pounds return charge. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT SHOP HERE”

“Horrible experience ordered tires from them with delivery to the fitter they recommended. After 10 days they sent an email telling me that the fitter is no more in the business (!) and if I wanted to have a refund or the tire sent to another fitter, I decided for a refund. That was the 4th of October, now is the 17th and no feedback from them and no refund. Probably I will have to engage my solicitor.”

“Horrible customer service. Ordered set of tyres, and they randomly sent 1 completely different tyre. Getting them to exchange it for the other matching tyre was insanely frustrating. They simply do not respond to email. Took well over a week to sort it, after many phone calls. I had to purchase correct tyre from another vendor in the meantime, as they would not send another tyre until they had collected the wrong tyre and returned to their warehouse. They could not care less.”
