“What an amazing shop! I made an online order for herbs which they are selling at very good price. Later on, I received an email that one of the items is not available and they offered several options how to substitute the product, what was great. I was really impressed that they took the time to inform me. From other shops, you just receive your order short of what they run out without any explanations. When I received my order, which was really fast despite the Thanksgiving holiday, it was beautifully wrapped with number of product samples to try for free. Overall, the shopping was flawless with an exceptional customer service and I will definitely shop in Kolya Naturals again. Thank you beautiful people!”

“I love it. It replac koes my morning tea now. Not sure how much nutritional benefit there is because I don't know the concentrate but I'm hoping it's benefetial.”

“This has to be my favourite store, not only because I find all my favourite, quality products, but because of the atmosphere. When you walk in, everyone here will be willing to help you, and they’re super knowledgeable about the products. I’ve been recommended to try new things and I like what I’ve bought so far. My favourite buy from here is their loose teas! :)”

“Optimum Health and Kolya Naturals is a fantastic shop. During Covid, I have ordered items online... they arrived quickly and beautifully packaged, with some interesting samples. These samples are so helpful to try products and I often end up ordering something new after I've sampled it. This shop is exceptional, with knowledgeable staff. Even their receipts are on beautiful paper! I appreciate Jane Iredale makeup, Waleda lotions, Bare Home cleaning products (Canadian!), Honey Candles (beeswax) and the assortment of glass jars, aluminum containers... I could go on and on. Thank you for being such an outstanding local business!”

“I use the same inner sense sweet spirit leave in conditioner,I create volume and quiet calm curl control. Before I started using these products my hair was dead , the natural curl was gone and my hair was a complete mess ! Now I’m loving my hair and my beautiful curls ! Thank you so much for these amazing products and I would highly recommend them .”

“Opened my box and the first thing I notice is the paper shredding for filler and protection. Love a green option! All ingredients were nicely packaged and a lovely note with a few samples included. Will order again! Thanks”

“Placing my order was easy as pie! Unfortunately I havnt picked up my order and tried the products as of yet. I thought I requested my order to be shipped to my home but then found out it was ready for pick up downtown. Not sure how that happened, I believe it was my mistake while completing my order. I recieved notice in one day that my order was ready for pick up, can't get any better than that😊”
